Represent HiTA at industry events and networking forums.
Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets and business objectives.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of core experience in Business Development within Staffing & Recruitment industry.
Based in UAE or Saudi Arabia (Exceptional India-based candidates with relevant experience will be considered).
A true hunter mentality with a verifiable track record of generating new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the GCC labour market & recruitment trends.
