Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in signage, branding, and advertising projects
Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals
Meet clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with internal teams
Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain pipeline reports
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in sales / business development
Strong B2B sales experience (mandatory)
Experience in signage / advertising / fit-out / construction industry preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
