🎯 Your Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll lead the charge on winning new business across events, exhibitions, and activations. You’ll use your deep local market knowledge, strong client relationships, and sharp sales instincts to drive monthly revenue and expand our footprint.

✅ What You’ll Do

Identify and convert high-potential leads across government and private sectors

Lead client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures

Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver standout pitches

Maintain a healthy, active pipeline through CRM and reporting

Represent us at key industry events and networking platforms

Deliver and exceed your monthly and quarterly targets

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of BD experience in events, exhibitions, or production

Mandatory: Deep market knowledge and active network in either Dubai or Riyadh

Arabic fluency required for Riyadh role; Arabic is a strong plus for Dubai

Proven track record of closing high-value projects

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
