🎯 Candidate Requirements:

✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in real estate or tech)
✔ Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate ecosystem and regulatory bodies
✔ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
✔ Proactive, self-driven, and well-networked in the local market
