The Role
Join as Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth in Saudi Arabia's strategic mining sector. This role supports Vision 2030's mining industry development and Ma'aden's expansion as a global mining leader.
🔹 Your Mandate:
• Develop B2B sales for mining equipment, services, and exploration solutions
• Manage relationships with Ma'aden, Saudi Aramco (unconventional), and private miners
• Navigate Saudi mining regulations, licensing, and Ma'aden procurement processes
• Achieve annual targets for equipment sales, service contracts, and exploration projects
• Build partnerships with local contractors, engineering firms, and technology providers
• Represent company at Saudi Mining Show, PDAC, and mining investment forums
• Collaborate with technical teams on Saudi geological surveys and resource estimation
🔹 Required Profile:
✓ 8+ years mining, heavy equipment, or resources business development in KSA/GCC
✓ Network across Saudi mining sector, Ma'aden, and relevant government entities
✓ Understanding of mining operations, equipment specifications, and Saudi geology
✓ Track record of SAR 10M+ annual mining services or equipment sales
✓ Technical-commercial background; geology/engineering/mining degree valued
✓ Arabic fluency; willingness to travel to remote mining sites across KSA
