Description:

Tjrbh Management Consultancy is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B corporate sales and strategic partnership building within the professional services or management consulting sector.

Core Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across our core services: Management Consultancy, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Experience 360 , Customized Training, and Knowledge Transfer.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key senior decision-makers.

Deal Closure: Lead sales negotiations, develop commercial proposals, and manage contract development to successful closure.

Strategic Planning: Conduct market analysis and forecasting to execute tailored business growth strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
Proven track record in business development, corporate sales, or consulting.

Strong competency in sales negotiation, contract development, and executive presentations.

Excellent strategic planning, networking, and relationship-management skills.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
