Business Development Specialist

HRH Certified Public Accountants and Auditors is expanding, and we’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to help drive our firm’s growth across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends and client needs.
• Work closely with partners and managers to execute market strategies.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities.
• Represent the firm at business events, forums, and conferences.
• Support the development of marketing content for digital and print channels.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development (preferably within professional services).
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and deliver growth results.
