· Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Retail or Corporate Banking.
Act as the primary contact for clients, offering tailored financial solutions.
· Portfolio Management
Oversee and optimize client portfolios to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze portfolio performance and recommend actionable improvements.
· Business Development
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand the client base.
Collaborate with teams to implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
· Reporting and Insights
Generate detailed reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Leverage data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in the banking sector, with significant exposure to Retail or Corporate Banking.
Must currently hold a Portfolio Manager position.
Retail or Corporate Banking expertise is a must (No Core Banking or Project Management backgrounds).
Strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
PMP certification is a plus.
Must be available within 30 days.
