Cafm Operator

Description:

Join our Facility Management team as a CAFM Operator, managing maintenance planning, asset records, and KPI tracking through our CAFM system to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the CAFM system for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Create, assign, monitor, and close work orders efficiently.
Maintain accurate asset and location data within the system.
Track pending and overdue tasks to ensure timely completion.
Prepare reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Coordinate with site teams, helpdesk, and engineers for seamless operations.
Identify system issues and provide support to users as needed.
Suggest improvements to optimize CAFM usage and operational efficiency.
✨ Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, FM, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience with CAFM/CMMS systems.
Strong knowledge of CAFM systems and reporting tools.
Advanced Excel and dashboard experience.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work in a team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
