Description:
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive and execute a holistic change management approach across a complex transformation program.
Key Requirements:
OCM expertise is mandatory
8+ years’ experience in large-scale transformation (ERP/Digital/Business)
Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, etc.)
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, training & benefits management
Excellent communication & facilitation skills
Arabic preferred
