 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement short- and long-term commercial growth strategies
Oversee sales performance and develop impactful marketing plans
Analyze market trends, client behavior, and identify business opportunities
Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and key stakeholders
Supervise and develop high-performing sales, marketing, and customer care teams
Drive contract negotiations and maximize profitability
Monitor brand reputation and ensure outstanding customer experience
Manage commercial budget and ensure alignment with strategic goals

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or related field
10–15 years of experience in business development, including 5+ years in a leadership role in realestate
Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred)
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
