Chief Operating Officer

Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead enterprise operations, operational performance, business efficiency, transformation, organizational execution, and sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the overall operational strategy
• Lead enterprise-wide business operations and performance
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Establish KPIs, operating standards, and performance targets
• Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement
• Oversee operational budgets, resources, and risk management
• Build and lead high-performing senior management teams
• Strengthen governance, processes, and operating models
• Work closely with the CEO and Board on strategic execution

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
• MBA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
• Proven COO, Operations Director, or equivalent C-suite experience
• Strong track record managing complex operations and business transformation
• Excellent strategic, financial, and organizational leadership capabilities
• Experience leading large-scale operational teams
• Strong Saudi/GCC market knowledge preferred
