Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Extensive relevant experience (20+ years) in roads and bridges projects, including significant experience in the Gulf region (5+ years).
Professional business management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
Professional level proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Primavera and Power BI.
