Consultant Project Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and supervise residential and hospitality high-rise tower projects comprehensively from the initial design phase through to final handover.
🔹 Lead, direct, and manage the engineering consultancy team while ensuring seamless coordination with the client, contractors, and all relevant project stakeholders.
🔹 Monitor project timelines and schedules strictly, ensuring all key milestones and delivery targets are met on time.
🔹 Review and approve completed works on-site, ensuring strict adherence to approved engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
🔹 Prepare, review, and submit periodic progress reports, risk management assessments, and mitigation strategies for project challenges.
🔹 Ensure full compliance with established quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable local regulatory building requirements.
🔹 Chair and manage technical meetings, taking decisive and necessary actions to resolve any technical or operational bottlenecks on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
✔ A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in engineering consultancy and project management.
✔ A minimum of 8 years of proven experience specifically managing mixed-use high-rise tower projects.
✔ Demonstrated track record of supervising high-rise building constructions (High-Rise Buildings).
✔ High proficiency in project scheduling, contract administration, and cost management control.
✔ Advanced proficiency in utilizing project management and engineering software, including Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
✔ Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly preferred.
✔ Valid professional membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory for applicants currently residing within the Kingdom.
