A senior opportunity is available for an experienced Contracts Director to lead contract strategy, commercial governance and contractual performance across major projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead contract strategy and administration
• Oversee contract negotiations and commercial terms
• Manage claims, variations and disputes
• Strengthen contractual governance and risk management
• Advise senior leadership on contractual matters

IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 15+ years of contracts/commercial experience
• Proven Contracts Director or senior contracts leadership background
• Major construction, infrastructure or development experience
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and claims
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities
