Contracts Manager

Description:

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to manage contracts for large-scale airport construction and operations projects. You'll be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and monitoring complex contracts with contractors, vendors, and airline stakeholders.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔯 Draft & review airport project contracts
🔯Negotiate terms and manage compliance
🔯Track milestones and payment schedules
🔯Resolve disputes and manage contract changes

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

🔯10+ years in contract management
🔯7-10 years of experience in airport projects
🔯Proficiency with contract software (e.g., Aconex, SAP Ariba)
🔯PMP & CCCM certifications preferred
🔯Master’s in Construction Law or Business Admin a plus
