Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests
• Resolve customer issues in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service delivery
• Prepare customer service reports and updates
• Support client retention and satisfaction initiatives

Requirements:
• 1–4+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• CRM systems experience preferred
• GCC experience is an advantage
