Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive long-term retention and account growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers.

Drive customer onboarding and product adoption.

Monitor customer health and identify growth opportunities.

Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients.

Track customer success metrics and KPIs.

Reduce churn and improve customer retention.

Provide customer feedback to product and leadership teams.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

✅ 3+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship experience.

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✅ Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

✅ Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

✅ Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

✅ Customer-first mindset with strong organizational skills.
