Estimation Civil Engineer Manager

A top-tier Saudi contracting company with a major operational presence in Saudi Arabia and a main office in Nasr City – Cairo is seeking a highly experienced Estimation Civil Engineer Manager to join its growing technical team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Estimation Department for civil & infrastructure projects.
Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender analysis, and pricing strategies.
Allocate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Control teams.
Evaluate project risks and provide value engineering recommendations.
Prepare tender clarifications and support negotiations with clients

🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
8–15 years of experience in estimation within major contracting companies.
Prior experience in Saudi Arabia projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil works, infrastructure, concrete, finishing, and cost analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Strong command of English (spoken & written).
