Estimation Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead the preparation of accurate MEP cost estimates and tender submissions
✅ Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
✅ Manage supplier and subcontractor pricing and negotiations
✅ Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
✅ Lead and mentor the estimation team
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
✅ Support business growth through competitive and profitable bidding strategies
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
✔ 10–15+ years of MEP estimation experience within contracting companies
✔ Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems
✔ Experience in the Saudi Arabia/GCC market preferred
✔ Excellent commercial, analytical, and leadership skills
