Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise industrial operations and manufacturing strategy.
• Oversee production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and operational performance.
• Drive operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage capital investments, expansion projects, and operational risk.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, regulators, and industry partners.
• Lead and mentor plant executives, operations directors, and senior leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of industrial executive leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, capital projects, and P&L management.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC industrial experience is highly preferred.
