Senior Project Executive

Zaicor is looking for an experienced Senior Project Executive – Events & Activations to join our team in Jeddah.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project from the initial client brief through planning, proposal development, execution, monitoring and final reporting.

This is not a coordination-only role.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and understand client briefs from the Sales team
• Develop project plans of action, timelines, milestones and execution schedules
• Contribute to concepts and ideas for activations, events, retail campaigns and brand experiences
• Develop proposal structure and coordinate with the Design team
• Prepare manpower, promoter, merchandising and field deployment plans
• Plan and execute promoter, sampling and field marketing campaigns
• Coordinate merchandising and in-store execution across supermarkets, hypermarkets and other retail channels
• Source suppliers, fabricators, manpower agencies and other partners
• Obtain and compare quotations and prepare initial project costings
• Coordinate logistics, installations, suppliers and on-ground execution
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards and KPIs
• Prepare daily, weekly and campaign progress reports
• Track promoter attendance, field performance and execution compliance
• Collect and organize photographic proof and campaign documentation
• Identify issues during execution and prepare corrective action plans
• Prepare professional post-campaign reports, including results, challenges, learnings and recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience within a marketing, BTL, activation, experiential or events agency
• Strong project planning and execution experience
• Ability to independently prepare a project plan of action
• Strong experience in events, activations, promoter campaigns and/or merchandising
• Experience developing or contributing to client proposals
• Hands-on supplier sourcing, quotations and project costing experience
• Experience managing supermarkets, retailers, promoters and field teams
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, suppliers and locations simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and supplier network

Experience with FMCG, F&B, automotive, consumer electronics, beauty or other consumer-facing brands is highly preferred.
