Facilities Manager

 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
✅ Experience: 10 to 15 years in operations and facilities management
✅ Work Days: 6 days a week
✅ Work Hours: 8 hours a day
✅ Vacation: 21 days per year
✅ Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔸 Develop and implement standard operating procedures
🔸 Efficiently manage budgets (CAPEX and OPEX)
🔸 Enhance tenant experience with exceptional services
🔸 Apply quality tools to ensure effective performance
🔸 Manage service contracts with vendors
🔸 Mentor and train team members to boost morale
🔸 Develop technical specifications for new projects
🔸 Introduce new technologies for efficiency and cost reduction
🔸 Prepare tenant manuals and design criteria
 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
✔️ Strong organizational and managerial skills
✔️ Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries
