Factory Manager

Description:

Requirements:
🔹10–15+ years of solid experience in factory / manufacturing management.
🔹Strong experience in Foam, Sponge, Polyurethane, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
🔹Proven ability to manage Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehousing, Planning, and Operations.
🔹Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop large production teams.
🔹Excellent knowledge of production planning, cost control, waste reduction, productivity improvement, and operational KPIs.
🔹Strong focus on quality, safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
🔹Previous experience in managing a full manufacturing facility is essential.
🔹Egyptian candidates are preferred, subject to applicable employment requirements in Saudi Arabia.
🔹Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
🔘Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead overall factory operations and achieve production targets.
🔹Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
🔹Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions.
🔹Reduce waste, downtime, and operational costs
🔹Ensure effective coordination between Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
