A leading recycling/manufacturing operation in Sudair Industrial City is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily production, plant operations, workforce management, safety, quality and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Manage overall factory and production operations
🔹 Lead supervisors, technicians and production teams
🔹 Plan production schedules and optimize operational efficiency
🔹 Monitor quality, productivity, maintenance and material utilization
🔹 Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures
🔹 Control operational costs and minimize production losses
🔹 Coordinate maintenance and ensure equipment availability
🔹 Prepare operational reports and performance updates
🔹 Drive continuous improvement across factory processes

Candidate Profile

✅ Proven experience in factory/plant management
✅ Recycling, manufacturing or related industrial experience preferred
✅ Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
✅ Knowledge of production, maintenance, quality and HSE
✅ Ability to manage manpower and production targets
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
