General Manager

Description:

- *Asset Management*:

Ensure the optimal functioning and maintenance of all company assets. Oversee the maintenance of properties in pristine condition and manage timely collection of receivables.

- *Team Leadership*:

Manage a team of over 25 professionals across various departments including maintenance, finance, and administration. Foster a collaborative work environment while maintaining high performance standards.

- *Strategic Planning*:

Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies for maximizing asset performance, including leasing, occupancy rates, and cost optimization.

- *Financial Oversight*:

Monitor the financial health of the company. Ensure efficient budget management and cost control measures are in place.

- *Reporting*:

Prepare comprehensive reports for the Board of Directors, providing insights into operational performance, market trends, and financial forecasts.

- *Lease Management*:

Take full ownership of the leasing process, from marketing vacant properties to negotiating contracts, aiming to enhance occupancy rates and lease terms.

- *Stakeholder Relations*:

Maintain strong relationships with tenants, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and engagement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on facility management.

- Proven track record in managing large teams and multi-faceted real estate portfolios.

- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferable).
