Hard Services Manager

Description:

 Key Responsibilities:
Direct all Hard Services operations including Civil, MEP, Fire Fighting, and BMS systems.
Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to optimize asset performance.
Monitor equipment performance, energy usage, and lifecycle planning for sustainability.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and statutory regulations.
Supervise subcontractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for management.
Train, mentor, and develop technical teams to enhance skills and efficiency.
Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize engineering operations.
✨ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s or professional certifications preferred).
Solid experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) practices.
Proficient in CMMS systems and technical reporting tools.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
