Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager, Butler, or Head of Service in a private household or 5-star hotel environment with excellent English communication, leadership, and hospitality management skills. Hospitality or management diploma/certification preferred. Prior experience with high-profile or royal families is an advantage. Arabic language skills and strong cultural awareness are desirable.
•Manage and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of service and discretion.
• Oversee household operations, events, guest relations, and logistics.
• Ensure confidentiality, organization, and smooth coordination across departments.
• Collaborate with chefs, security, and maintenance teams to maintain excellence.
