Description:
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and occupancy targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and government entities.
-Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the hospitality and tourism sectors.
-Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure target alignment.
-Conduct outdoor sales visits, negotiations, and contract signings with key partners.
🎯 Job Requirements:
-Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience specifically within the Hotel & Tourism industries.
-Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
-Languages: Good command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
