Housekeeping Manager

Description:

Malath Fakher Hotels Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join one of our 4-star hotels in Riyadh. This role is critical in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel quality standards at all times.
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and Management teams.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality control standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
