What You’ll Do:
Support the Full Talent Lifecycle: From posting job openings and screening resumes to coordinating interviews.
Streamline Onboarding: Ensure every new hire feels welcomed and prepared from day one.
Maintain HR Records: Manage employee data and documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate on Payroll & Benefits: Assist in gathering essential data to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Foster Culture: Help implement internal policies and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
Communication: Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who values professional integrity and teamwork.
