📌 Position: HR Executive
📌 Experience: 8-12 years (with 5+ years in a managerial role)
📌 Location: Riyadh, KSA
📌 Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
📌 Nationality: Arab Nationals
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development
✅ Manage employee relations, Saudization initiatives, and HR operations
✅ Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Laws, Nitaqat, and Qiwa systems
✅ Stakeholder and leadership management experience is a must
✅ Proven experience in IT services environments is preferred
💼 Required:
🎓 Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
📝 Strong communication in Arabic & English
🛡️ Proven HR compliance and Saudization policy experience
