Description:

Key Responsibilities:*
🔹 Manage daily HR operations and employee affairs.
🔹 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
🔹 Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
🔹 Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
🔹 Coordinate with management on HR strategies and workforce planning.

*🌟 Requirements:*
🔹 Minimum 7+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.
🔹 Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, policies, and compliance.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
🔹 Experience in handling government platforms and HR documentation.
🔹 Excellent English language proficiency.
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
