Key Requirements
◾ Proven experience as an HR Manager or in an HR leadership role.
◾ Strong professional experience within the Healthcare / Medical sector – required.
◾ Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
◾ Experience across HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.
◾ Strong leadership and communication skills.
◾ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
