Key Responsibilities:

Oversee HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, compliance & employee relations.

Handle all legal aspects of HR and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Provide HR consultancy services to clients and support policy creation. Host training programs & presentations for teams and clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ HR experience in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law & HR compliance.

Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding & HR services.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
