Description:

We are looking for an experienced IAM Senior Manager to lead identity and access management in a banking / financial services environment. The role focuses on identity governance, access control, regulatory compliance, and continuous IAM improvement.

Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity risk, and regulatory compliance within banking or financial services
- Hands-on experience with IAM solutions (user access, identity governance, MFA, SSO)
- Strong experience in user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
- Proven ability to ensure regulatory and policy compliance in a highly regulated environment
- Experience continuously enhancing IAM platforms and security controls
