A prestigious private palace in Jeddah is seeking a highly experienced Interior Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and F&B Service operations. The property includes multiple residences, guest accommodations, spa, swimming pools, tennis & padel courts, and luxury entertaining spaces.

• Manage Housekeeping & F&B Service operations
• Lead and supervise a multicultural team
• Organize staff rotations and schedules
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards
• Implement and monitor SOPs
• Train and supervise team members
• Coordinate private events and guest hosting
• Manage interior inventory systems
• Maintain professional communication with Palace Manager and Principal

✅ Requirements
• Proven experience as Property Manager / Villa Manager for HNWI
• Strong background in Housekeeping and F&B service
• Experience managing teams in luxury environments
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• Highly professional and discreet
• GCC experience preferred
