We are seeking a highly experienced, polished, and discreet Interior Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious private palace in Jeddah.
This is a rare opportunity to join an ultra-luxury private residence, managing exceptional standards across multiple residences and world-class facilities.
The estate features private accommodation, extensive recreational areas, spa facilities, tennis & padel courts, swimming pools, and a variety of formal and private entertaining spaces.
Reporting directly to the Palace Manager, you will lead both Housekeeping and F&B Service teams, ensuring flawless execution and an impeccable guest experience at all times.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee Housekeeping & F&B service operations across the residence
✔️ Lead, inspire, and manage an established team of managers and staff
✔️ Manage staff schedules, rotations, and team performance
✔️ Ensure the highest standards of presentation across all areas
✔️ Review, implement, and maintain SOPs
✔️ Train and develop team members to luxury service standards
✔️ Host guests and manage preferences with discretion and professionalism
✔️ Coordinate private events and high-profile entertaining
✔️ Manage inventory systems and internal controls
✔️ Maintain direct and professional communication with senior management and the Principal

✅ Candidate Profile
✔️ Proven experience as a Palace Manager within HNWI/private residences
✔️ Strong operational background in both Housekeeping and F&B service
✔️ Experience managing multicultural teams in luxury environments
✔️ Exceptional organizational, leadership, and training abilities
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
✔️ Highly discreet, detail-oriented, and professional
✔️ GCC experience is a strong advantage
