This impressive estate features multiple private residences and guest accommodations, extensive recreational facilities, luxurious spa areas, tennis and padel courts, swimming pools, and numerous formal and private entertaining spaces.
We are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional with a strong luxury service background who can oversee both Housekeeping and F&B Service operations while maintaining impeccable international standards throughout the Palace.
Reporting directly to the Palace Manager, the successful candidate will lead established teams, ensure seamless daily operations, and deliver a refined and highly personalised guest experience within an ultra-luxury private environment.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee the Housekeeping and F&B Service operations across the Palace
✔️ Lead, motivate, and manage an established multicultural team
✔️ Manage employee schedules, rotations, and daily operational requirements
✔️ Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards throughout all residences and facilities
✔️ Review, implement, and maintain SOPs and luxury service procedures
✔️ Train, mentor, and supervise team members to ultra-luxury standards
✔️ Welcome guests and manage preferences with professionalism and discretion
✔️ Coordinate private events, formal entertaining, and VIP functions
✔️ Manage interior inventory systems, purchasing controls, and operational procedures
✔️ Maintain polished and professional communication with management and the Principal
✔️ Support the Palace Manager with additional operational responsibilities as required

✅ Candidate Profile
✔️ Proven experience as an Interior Manager, Property Manager, Villa Manager, or similar role within HNWI private residences or palaces
✔️ Strong operational background in both Housekeeping and luxury F&B Service
✔️ Experience managing multicultural teams within ultra-luxury environments
✔️ Excellent leadership, organisational, and training abilities
✔️ Fluent English communication skills are essential plus an additional European/CIS/Balkan or Afrikaans language
✔️ Highly discreet, polished, professional, and detail-oriented personality
✔️ Strong understanding of luxury service etiquette and private household operations
✔️ GCC experience is mandatory
