An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced polished Interior Manager to join a private palace in Jeddah.
This remarkable estate comprises multiple private residences and guest villas, world-class recreational facilities, spa and wellness areas, tennis and padel courts, swimming pools, and a range of formal and private entertaining spaces.
We are seeking a refined hospitality professional with a strong background in ultra-luxury private service, capable of overseeing both Housekeeping and F&B Service operations while ensuring the highest international standards are consistently delivered across the residence.
Reporting to the Palace Manager, the successful candidate will lead established teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure a seamless, discreet, and highly personalised guest experience within an exclusive private environment.

🔹 Responsibilities
✔ Oversee Housekeeping and F&B Service operations across the palace
✔ Lead, mentor, and manage a multicultural established team
✔ Manage scheduling, rotations, and day-to-day operational planning
✔ Ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all areas
✔ Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and luxury service standards
✔ Train and continuously elevate team performance to ultra-luxury benchmarks
✔ Anticipate guest needs and manage preferences with absolute discretion
✔ Coordinate private events, VIP entertaining, and formal functions
✔ Oversee inventory control, purchasing procedures, and operational systems
✔ Maintain professional communication with senior management and Principal
✔ Support the Palace Manager with additional operational requirements as needed

🔹 Role Requirements
✔ Proven experience as Interior Manager, Property Manager, Villa Manager, or similar within HNWI/UHNW private residences or palaces
✔ Strong operational expertise across both Housekeeping and luxury F&B service
✔ Demonstrated experience managing large multicultural teams in luxury environments
✔ Exceptional leadership, organisational, and training capabilities
✔ Fluent English required plus an additional European, Balkan, CIS, or Afrikaans language
✔ Highly discreet, polished, and detail-oriented personality
✔ Strong understanding of luxury etiquette and private household operations
✔ GCC experience is essential
