Description:
We are looking for experienced ITSM professionals with 8–12 years in IT service management and at least 3 years in a consulting role. Candidates should have strong knowledge of ITIL v3/4, hands-on experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar tools, and the ability to lead service improvement and tool implementation initiatives.
Proficiency in designing ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.), developing service catalogs, SLAs, KPIs, and facilitating training and governance workshops is highly preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must.
Immediate joiners preferred.
