Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar leadership role in QSR or full-service kitchens
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen and front of house operations
• Ensure food safety, hygiene & quality standards
• Lead, train & motivate BOH and FOH team
• Control inventory, wastage & kitchen costs
• Coordinate with FOH & management for seamless service
