Lead / Sme – Business Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a Lead-level / SME Business Analyst with extensive expertise in Corporate Banking and direct experience in the KSA banking sector. This role is suited for someone capable of influencing senior stakeholders, steering governance, and driving complex change initiatives across corporate banking domains.

About the Role:
As the Lead/SME Business Analyst, you will:
- Steer requirements gathering (BRDs, FRDs, user stories) across corporate banking products
- Own and govern the product backlog, prioritization, and acceptance criteria
- Lead AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping across lending, trade finance, SCF, and cash
- Review FSDs/TSDs to ensure alignment with business, SAMA, and regulatory frameworks
- Manage senior stakeholders, SMEs, governance boards, and sign-off cycles
- Oversee UAT, readiness, migration, go-live, and handover

Must-Have Skills (No Exceptions):
- Lead or SME-level Business Analyst in Corporate Banking
- Strong expertise in Trade Finance, SCF, Cash Management, Corporate Lending
- KSA experience required (must be based in KSA OR have KSA banking project delivery)
- Strong governance: design authority, change control, documentation control
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Ability to review and challenge FSDs / TSDs
- Deep knowledge of corporate banking operations (credit, treasury, cash ops, trade ops)

Nice to Have:
- Experience with corporate banking platforms (trade, SCF, cash portals, LMS)
- Exposure to digital / transformation programmes
