Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify new customers through cold calling, social media, and site visits.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to explain product features and value additions.
- Create and follow up on quotations to secure profitable orders.
- Contribute business development ideas to the overall Strategic Plan.
- Maintain customer databases and manage documentation systems.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and negotiate contract terms.
- Prepare sales reports, techno-commercial proposals, and responses to RFPs.
- Participate in exhibitions and provide market intelligence to the marketing team.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- BE or MBA degree.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in sales.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in the solar industry is a significant advantage.
- Experience of managing a team
