We are seeking an accomplished Managing Director for a senior executive leadership opportunity in Saudi Arabia.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven executive who can translate board-level strategy into measurable business performance while leading the organisation’s people, operations, financial performance, market expansion and strategic relationships.

🎯 Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in P&L management, corporate strategy, business development, market expansion, operational leadership, financial performance, organisational transformation, strategic partnerships, government and regulatory engagement, customer growth, talent development, risk management, corporate governance and executive stakeholder management.

Candidates with a proven record of scaling businesses, improving profitability, leading large multidisciplinary teams and operating successfully within the Saudi or wider GCC market will be highly valued.

Experience representing an organisation with government entities, investors, major customers, strategic partners and senior industry stakeholders will be advantageous.

💰 Compensation: SAR 80,000 – SAR 120,000+ per month, depending on experience, business scope and executive mandate, with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive executive benefits package.
