Managing Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a major construction project in Qiddiyah, Riyadh.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:
• Commercial and contract management
• Interim valuations and cost reporting
• Variations, claims and change management
• Subcontractor procurement and payments
• Forecasting, budgeting and final accounts
• Managing and supervising a team of Quantity Surveyors
Preferred Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in major construction projects
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Strong knowledge of contractual and commercial procedures
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred
