Manpower Manager

Description:

Responsibilities:

• handling manpower department with all current & new client
• Gulf or Saudi experience as a team leader or manager for manpower/recruitment/supply manpower department
• Like Aramco SMP, Sabic, Neom, Marafiq, Maaden, Saudi electricity, etc

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manpower planning, recruitment, and management roles, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong understanding of manpower planning and allocation processes and strategies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Team leader / In Charge / Assistant Manager with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years as Team Leader
