Noc Manager

Description:

1-   He should have experience in hashtag#telecom field, manager service at least 5 years
2-   will lead a team of network engineers, responsible for monitoring, managing, enhance and maintaining network. The network encompasses various     domains, including FTTH, mobile core, IoT, CMP, IPCORE, datacom, automation,
3-   Handle all the process of MS project , ( incident , change , capacity , problem , fault , customer relationship )management , make sure the SLA & KPIs for all the domains (FO +BO) within the contractual agreement ,
4-   Continuously evaluate and improve NOC processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
5-   Provide technical leadership across multiple domains, including FTTH, mobile core, IoT, CMP, IPCORE, datacom, automation, and field maintenance.
6-   Provide regular reporting and analysis on network performance, lead the weekly meeting with customer
7-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical stakeholders
8-   Experience with NOC tools, such as network monitoring and management systems, is preferred.
