Operation & Maintenance Project Manager

As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic O&M Project Manager to join our team.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Operations & Maintenance, particularly in managing large-scale facilities projects.
• Experience not less than 15 years with a minimum of 10 years in O&M.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Proficiency in project management Tools & Techniques.
• Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 55000, NFPA, ASHRAE...).

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of O&M projects.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Provide progress reports and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
