Operations Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & optimize DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) & network systems – monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting.
- Ensure platform stability, traffic shaping, anomaly detection, and policy enforcement.
- Update DPI signatures, generate traffic reports, and handle bandwidth throttling/QoS policies.
- Support network expansions, upgrades, maintenance, and team training.
- Provide 5x8 onsite support + on-call availability for critical outages.

Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years in network operations with hands-on DPI expertise.
- Strong knowledge of DPI physical devices
- Expertise in traffic analysis, packet brokering, URL filtering, and policy management.
